Laetitia Martin

Laetitia Martin was a project leader in the oncology department at Boehringer Ingelheim (Vienna, Austria) from 2012 to June 2017 subsequent to joining Roche (Basel, Switzerland) in July 2017. She has led protein-protein interaction, epigenetics and kinase oncology programs. She obtained her PhD from Imperial College London (UK) in Prof. Alan Spivey´s group, working on the total synthesis of (+)-Lycorine and on the phase-tagged synthesis of radiolabeled compounds. She completed a post-doctoral position that split her time between Novartis (Basel, Switzerland) and Prof. Steve Ley´s group at Cambridge University (UK). During this time she evaluated the utility of ‘flow chemistry’ and where appropriate implemented it as a new technology within Global Discovery Chemistry in Novartis. Laetitia has also worked at Sanofi (Frankfurt, Germany), Chemovation (Horsham, UK) and CisBioInternational (Bagnol sur Ceze, France).
